Welcome to Bmore Strings! I hope that you find your studies inspiring, productive, and fulfilling. To get the most from your lessons, please understand and adhere to the following policies.
Tuition
- Billing: Lessons are billed monthly in advance.
- Due Date: Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
- Invoices: You will receive an invoice via email 7–10 days prior to the due date.
- Accepted Payments: Checks, credit cards, and debit cards.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Weekly lessons reserve a dedicated day and time with your instructor.
- Notice Period: Please notify your instructor at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations.
- Makeup Lessons: Students are offered 4 makeup lessons per school year (September–May) for student absences.
- Refunds: Please note that refunds and credits are not issued for student absences or cancellations.
- Teacher Cancellations: Lessons canceled by the teacher will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, or a credit will be applied to the following month’s invoice.
- Summer Schedule: During June–August, students may opt-in for flexible scheduling to accommodate travel, camps, and seasonal activities.
Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, students will be notified of cancellations via email and text message.
- Credits: A credit will be issued toward the following month’s payment for any weather-related cancellations.
- Status Updates: Alerts are posted on our website banner and listed on WBAL TV 11
Practice Guidelines
Parental involvement is highly recommended for younger students to support their weekly practice sessions.

| Younger Students | 3–5 days per week | 15 minutes |
| Older Students | 3–5 days per week | 30–60 minutes |
Note: Older students should plan their own weekly practice sessions designed to meet their specific musical goals.
