Studio Calendar:
- Bmore Strings offers lessons throughout the year from September to May, as well as during the summer months from June to August. The studio is closed for Winter, Fall & Spring Breaks and on Labor Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth & 4th of July.

Cancellations:
- Students enrolled in flat-rate weekly lesson subscriptions receive 4 “bonus” lessons September-August at no additional charge. Makeup lessons, reschedules, and credits are not issued for student absences.
- Lessons canceled by your teacher will be rescheduled at a time that works for both parties, or a credit will be applied towards the following month’s charge.
Inclement Weather:
- In the event of inclement weather students will be notified of lesson cancellations through email and text message and a credit will be issued towards the following month’s lesson payment. Inclement weather alerts are listed on our website banner and also on WBAL-TV 11.
Tuition & Billing:
- Weekly lessons are billed at a monthly flat rate, which remains the same each month, regardless of the number of lessons. Account holders are charged for 3.75 lessons per month and receive 4 “bonus” lessons September-August at no additional charge. Makeup lessons, reschedules, and credits are not issued for student absences.
- All lesson payments are due on the 1st of each month, and invoices are emailed to account holders 7 to 10 days before the payment due date.
Studio Recitals:
- Bmore Strings organizes studio recitals for students 1-2 times per-year.
Violin & Viola Practicing:
- Parental involvement is recommended for younger students in supporting student’s weekly practice sessions. Older students should plan their own weekly practice sessions that meet their musical goals.
- Students should bring their instruments, music books, and practice journals to each lesson. Journals will be updated with notes and assignments during every lesson.
