Does Bmore Strings have a parking lot? Is parking free?

Bmore Strings has ample free parking for all Bmore Strings students, families, and guests in Meadow Mill’s parking lot. Park in Meadow Mill’s parking lot near the Main Entrance as Bmore Strings is most accessible using Meadow Mill’s Main Entrance.

Is Bmore Strings accepting new students?

What days and times are lessons available?

Bmore Strings offers in-person, online, and hybrid 30 and 60 minute individual lessons during the week Monday through Friday from 2PM-9PM and on Sundays from 10AM-5PM. For more specific lesson availability email Bmore Strings at liz@bmorestrings.com or fill out our contact form.

I can’t attend my scheduled lesson, what do I do?

Bmore Strings has a 36 hour cancellation policy. It is the account holder’s responsibility to cancel and reschedule lessons through Fons prior to the 36 hour window or you will be charged the full lesson price. How to cancel and reschedule lessons in Fons. Canceled lessons should be rescheduled using 1-click booking in Fons.

What happens during inclement weather?

In the event of inclement weather, lessons will be taught virtually during student’s scheduled lesson time using Google Meet. Inclement weather alerts are listed on our website banner and also on WBAL-TV 11’s website: https://www.wbaltv.com/weather/closings. Students and parents will also be notified through email and text message from the studio.

Does Bmore Strings offer trial lessons?

Bmore Strings offers free 15 minute “Meet & Greets” for new students. To sign-up for a Meet & Greet please visit Bmore Strings registration page.

How do I register for lessons?

Is there a registration fee for signing up for lessons?

Registration is free! There is no charge for registering for lessons.

Booking Lessons:

All lessons must be booked online at Fons.app through our billing and scheduling system “Fons.”

What are your rates and how are lessons paid for?

Lessons are paid for in advance at the start of each month based on the number of lesson days occurring per month.  All lesson payments are billed on the 1st of the month automatically using Fons. 

What performance opportunities are available for students?

Bmore Strings organizes studio recitals for students. Visit Bmore Strings recitals page for information about upcoming recitals.

I don’t own an instrument. Do you rent or sell violins and violas?

We don’t rent musical instruments however we do have studio violins and violas available for new students to use during their first lesson if they have not yet rented or purchased an instrument. We have several music instrument rental companies that we recommend and can also measure students for ideal instrument size.

How do I discontinue or withdraw from lessons?

To stop or withdraw from lessons, please notify the studio or fill-out a withdraw form prior to subscription renewals
